​Join Hello Customer as a Sales development representative! Get the opportunity to excel in generating highly qualified sales leads, collaborate strategically with the sales and marketing team to identify, research and target the right companies and to use smart digital marketing to nurture leads into buying. 

You will be emerced in the workings of our sales and marketing. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Prospect, uncover and develop new opportunities from outbound activities
  • Build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities for the sales team to deliver on sales targets
  • Present a balanced approach to lead follow-up, relationship development, sales process, and appointment setting
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
  • Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects to grow new business
  • Meet or exceed monthly qualified sales opportunities targets and regularly communicate with senior sales to ensure alignment of goals and objectives
  • Capture all relevant customer information and sales activities completely into our CRM in order to advance the sales cycle
  • Bring your strategies and ideas to advance our company’s outbound activities

Requirements

  • Dynamic, energetic  professional, that likes to take initiative
  • Experience with technology products in a B2B environment is a plus
  • Able to familiarize quickly with technical products
  • Previous experience working in an outbound position and calling on decision makers and executives is a plus
  • A sharp focus on goals and a powerful work ethic
  • Exceptionally strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record achieving measurable sales goals in an automated sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system is required
  • Fluency in English (other EU languages are a plus)
