At Hello Customer we are building the technology to leapfrog satisfaction surveys. We are changing the way companies are measuring satisfaction, how they are using NPS. Our AI-powered feedback platform helps companies draw a bold line between Customer Experience & Growth.

Your Role

As an Account Executive you will play an essential role in Hello Customer's growth. Our sales team proudly shares success cases and best practices throughout Europe, helping companies understand the value of investing in and implementing our technology. 

Key tasks


  • You are a real hunter with a mature approach to prospecting
  • Be a consultant, advisor and a natural at gaining insights into your prospects pains
  • Challenge, educate and evangelize
  • Demonstrate the value of our solution and question a prospects strategy
  • Utilise the support around you and involve our Customer Success team to help you win deals
  • Understand the value and strategic importance of Customer Experience as a means to an end: increasing customer retention, lower acquisition costs, set the right priorities, build customer-centric processes.
  • Comfortable presenting a business case at C level
  • Understand how to sell to all levels of a company
  • Understand that all customers of Hello Customer go through a journey of being an absolute stranger to a true fan.
  • Always be self-evaluating and hungry to learn and evolve.


  • You have sales skills, either by experience or by design
  • You are a strong communicator and have a strong ability to build trust and relationships
  • You have a good positive mentality to closing deals
  • You thrive on targets
  • You know the worth of a good CRM, so you are able to make it work for you to be more efficient at your sales endeavours
  • You are fluent in either Dutch or English and/or another EU language.
