We are looking for a motivated and energetic Account Director who loves driving revenue growth and successful outcomes for our leading customers. This role, where you’ll be part of the sales team, is responsible for managing, retaining and up/cross selling Hello Customer within our existing base. To make it even better – you can also close new business deals in Belgium.

On a daily basis you will:

  • Act as the commercial owner of your customer book of business, responsible for driving HC revenue growth with successful renewals, upsells and services growth 
  • Driving vision, strategy and results through personal sales activity
  • Create and execute on account plans – together with your customer
  • Collaborating with marketing on our ABM and other demand gen activities
  • Leverage your business expertise to analyze key account metrics, develop strong customer relationships, understand customer goals, and identify opportunities for growth
  • Operate with a results-oriented approach to reach customers’ success
  • Work together with the other teams to translate the Hello Customer vision towards customers, colleagues and partners


We are looking for you if you show:

  • You have a total of 5+ years software (SaaS) experience
  • Your main role has been in account management but you also like new business
  • You are a team player with many examples of great customer success
  • You have affinity with marketing or CX technology
  • You have enough energy to keep up with the growth of Hello Customer
  • You like be in the middle of the activity – responsible, sensible and energized
  • You are fluent in French/Dutch
